Likely available means every part of your selected run is explicitly marked for public jogging, possibly with restricted lanes or shared use.
Unavailable means a closure or whole-track booking overlaps the run, or LCSD explicitly excludes public jogging.
Unverified means evidence is missing, expired, conflicting, unreadable, or older than 72 hours. An open venue does not mean an open track.
Confidence is capped at Medium: these are published plans, not live confirmations. Weather, late bookings and on-site decisions may change access.
Month ranges come from PDF headings. Issue/update dates come from printed notes when readable; “Checked” is when the source was downloaded. Exceptions and original codes are available in each track’s evidence.
“Reload saved data” checks for a newer published dataset; it does not crawl LCSD. The included refresh command crawls the directory, downloads linked PDFs, parses supported grids and records failures. An operator reviews changes, runs the checks and republishes the snapshot. A scheduled month-end refresh runs through Codex when the host computer and app are running; it checks, validates and republishes schedules.
Scanned PDFs and multiple-field schedules stay Unverified. No login-only booking system is scraped.
